  • Sales tax will be calculated based on the zip code of the primary payment method on file for your WhatConverts account.
  • Prices shown on our website do not include sales tax.
  • Account owners, or the primary user profile can update the company address and other billing information in your account settings.

U.S. Sales Tax

U.S. customers may be subject to state and local sales taxes. The postal code entered for your billing address will determine whether your account is subject to tax, and the applicable state and local tax rates. Sales tax charges will be included as a line item on your billing statement or invoice. Sales tax rates are determined by each state and are non-negotiable.

Requesting an Exemption

If your organization is tax-exempt, or qualifies for a tax exemption, we kindly request you to provide your information along with a copy of your valid tax exemption certificate. You can send this information to support@whatconverts.com. This will help us ensure accurate and compliant tax processing for your account.
