WhatConverts isn't just a product—it's a team. And without that team, we know we'd be nowhere.
That's why each month, we recognize one team member who's gone above and beyond in their role, and we share a little bit about who they are and what makes them so integral to WhatConverts. (They also get a bit of free swag from our merch store!)
This month, our spotlight employee is Noelle Gotimer, Technical Support Engineer.
Tell us a little about your career path.
How did you first get into the SaaS or tech industry, or what led you to WhatConverts?
I started my SaaS support career shortly after graduating from college, where I built a strong foundation in Operations Management and Information Systems. My first role was with a SaaS company, and I’ve continued to grow in the industry ever since. Joining WhatConverts was an exciting next step because it allows me to keep developing my technical expertise while working with a team that values innovation, problem-solving, and creating meaningful results for digital marketers.
What do you enjoy most about your role at WhatConverts?
Is there something unique about working on our team that you find exciting?
I really enjoy the culture at WhatConverts. The team is self-motivated and focused on building a product that users truly value. There is a strong sense of collaboration, and everyone is willing to share knowledge and help each other grow. On the support team specifically, I appreciate learning from experienced teammates. It is an environment that challenges me and motivates me to keep improving every day.
What’s one project or achievement at WhatConverts that you’re particularly proud of?
This could be a specific individual contribution, a customer success story, or a team accomplishment.
Since I’m still in my second month, I haven’t worked on a major project yet, but I’m proud of how quickly I’ve built confidence in the product. I’ve been intentional about learning as much as I can and applying that knowledge to provide quality support. Staying consistent and motivated during this early stage is something I take pride in, and I see it paying off in my work.
How do you like to unwind after a busy day in the world of SaaS?
Tell us what you like to do, and how you maintain work-life balance.
I usually spend time with my foster dog, Melvin. He’s seven, so we go on walks together to start the evening. After that, I enjoy cooking and then going for a run. Running is my way of recharging and resetting after the day.
What’s a fun fact about you that your colleagues might not know?
It can be anything—from an interesting fact, to a hidden talent, to quirky hobbies.
My biggest hobby is coloring. I use Coco Wyo coloring books and Ohuhu markers!
If you could instantly learn one skill (personal or professional), what would it be?
Perhaps you want to code like a pro, master the art of PPC, or pick up a non-work-related hobby?
I’ve been a runner for three years, and one of my goals is to break into double-digit mileage. If I could master that skill instantly, I would!
What’s something you’re currently obsessed with?
This can be work-related (like a tool or trend) or something personal (foods, pets, places, TV shows - anything!).
I’m obsessed with recreating meals I try at restaurants. My latest experiment was making fried chicken cutlet snack wraps at home, and they were a hit!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received, professionally or personally?
How has this advice helped shape your life or your career?
“If you are going to do big things, you can not let small things get to you.” That advice has really shaped how I approach challenges in my career and life. It taught me to stay focused on the bigger picture rather than getting discouraged by minor setbacks. This mindset helps me stay calm, solution-oriented, and motivated, especially when learning new things or troubleshooting complex issues.
You’re given the chance to win $5 million, but you have to beat 100 people at a single task. You can choose the task—what would it be and why do you think you’d win?
(This is a great opportunity to highlight a unique skill, or stead-fast know-how!)
I’d choose a singing competition. It’s not something I practice regularly, but it’s a talent I’ve had for a long time and something I feel confident in!
