Endpoints provides a straightforward way to send lead data to WhatConverts in either CSV or JSON format. Each endpoint you create comes with:

  • A unique, secure URL for data transmission

  • Support for all lead types (calls, forms, chats, etc.)
  • Automatic lead deduplication options
  • Full marketing attribution support

Once configured, you can automate your uploads using your CRM’s automation features or a tool like Zapier to connect platforms. Whether you're uploading CSV files or integrating with your systems via API calls, you'll have a dedicated pathway for getting your lead data into WhatConverts.

How Endpoints Works

Setting up an endpoint is a simple process:

  1. Choose Your Format: Select either CSV or JSON, depending on your data source.

  3. Get Your Endpoint URL: Copy your unique endpoint URL.
  4. Start Sending Data: Use any HTTP-capable tool to send data to your endpoint.

Getting Started with Endpoints

Getting started with Endpoints takes just a few clicks:

  1. Log into your WhatConverts account
  2. Navigate to Tracking > Integrations
  3. Click on the Automation tab
  4. Select Endpoints
  5. Click Add Endpoint to begin setup
