We’re happy to announce the launch of Safe Mode—a new WhatConverts feature that blurs out confidential data with the flick of a switch.
Show off your successes, pitch to new clients, and record walkthrough content, all without compromising client data.
This is a much-requested feature that a lot of users will love, so let’s get into it.
What Is Safe Mode?
Safe Mode is a new feature in WhatConverts that obscures confidential lead data. Data like:
- Contact info (name, email address, IP address, etc.)
- Certain attribution data (referral sources, landing pages)
- Custom and Mapped Fields, Dimension Groupings
It’s available to all Master Accounts and is now active. Give it a try!
How to Access Safe Mode
Turning on Safe Mode is simple.
- Head to the Lead Manager to see all your leads and their data
- Click the Safe Mode toggle switch to turn it on
- View your newly censored leads with blurred out personal information
That’s all there is to it.
You can turn off Safe Mode by simply clicking the toggle switch again.
Note: Remember, Safe Mode is only available for Master Accounts.
How Can You Use Safe Mode?
How you use Safe Mode is up to you. But here are three ideas to get your wheels turning:
- Better Sell Your Services – From product demos to sales meetings, you can use Safe Mode in a variety of ways to clinch the deal with new customers.
- Share Success Stories – Got some amazing results to share with followers? Rest easy knowing your private data stays private. All your viewers will see are your stellar KPIs.
- Engage With Your Community – Share best practices, create how-to content, and show off your marketing savvy (without fear of leaking your client’s personal data).
Other Ideas
- Create video tutorials for current users
- Push current users to add qualification/enrichment data (show off successes from other clients—”you could get results like this too!”)
- Train outsourced teams on workflows
