How to Get to the Lead Details Screen

Navigating to the Lead Details screen is simple.

  1. Log in to your WhatConverts account.
  2. Access the Lead Manager by clicking “Leads” in the main navigation.
  3. Find the lead you want to zoom into and click the “View Lead” button.
  4. The Lead Details screen will pop up. Here you can see all the lead data collected for this individual lead. You can also set a value, categorize as quotable, fill out custom fields, and more.
