What You’ll Do

  • Become an expert in both setting up WhatConverts and using it on a day-to-day basis.
  • Create training materials (articles, videos, interactive courses, etc.) designed to educate our customers on how to get the most value from our product.
  • Host online demonstrations of the various features, setup procedures, and capabilities of WhatConverts.
  • Get to the heart of what clients want and need from the software, and then cater training to their specific goals.
  • Work to understand each client’s business, identify value gaps WhatConverts can fill, and encourage new customers to increase engagement with the platform.
  • Capture feedback on what both you and our product can be doing better.
  • Work closely with Support, Marketing, and Sales to build your technical and practical knowledge of WhatConverts.

Who You Are

  • You’re a people person. You listen more than you talk. And you’re energized by conversations that click.
  • You’re a natural communicator. You know how to speak and write clearly. But you also know how to spot misunderstandings, even when they go unspoken.
  • You’re technically savvy, especially when it comes to marketing tools. You have experience in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and call tracking software.
  • You’re a WhatConverts user (or a user of a similar call tracking system like CallTrackingMetrics, Invoca, or CallRail). You know the system inside and out. And you know how to use it to its full potential.
  • You’re a teacher, but you’re also teachable. You’re excited by the idea of learning new things and are open to rethinking new ways of doing old things.
  • You’re a seasoned project manager who’s organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
