August proved to be another fast and exciting month at WhatConverts.
This month, we’re spotlighting one feature you can use across multiple accounts. Plus, a backup payment method has been added for your use, and a new option to copy existing phone number settings.
Assigning users to multiple accounts benefits both a business and the agency they are working with.
For example, we made it easier to give access to your marketing agency to see all of the lead data and reporting. Before, an agency would have to create an additional unique email address to gain access to your account. (A different email address for each account they wanted access to.)
Now users can use one email address to access multiple master accounts. This makes it easier to gain access to lead data and have a seamless and transparent relationship from business to the agency.
Companies can maintain their own account and provide their agency lead and performance data.
You can set up a backup payment method that’ll be used if the primary method fails for any reason (such as an expired credit card or insufficient funds).
Having a backup payment method can prevent any interruption in service.
There is a new option to copy existing phone number settings when adding a phone number in the dashboard. This should make it easier to replace phone numbers in existing pools.
