How to: Use Agentic AI to Supercharge Your Lead Gen

How to Set Up Ask AI

  1. Navigate to Lead Intelligence and click "+ Add Intelligence Rule"
  2. Set conditions for when the rule triggers (e.g., Type = Phone Call)
  3. Select "Ask AI questions about" from available actions
  4. Choose data sources: call transcripts, chat logs, form fields
  5. Write your specific question
  6. Configure response format: short answer, yes/no, multiple choice
  7. Confirm pricing and save

Ask AI then automatically analyzes matching leads and populates custom fields with extracted intelligence.

Layering Ask AI with Automation
