Monitor Answer Rates

Since most of their clients’ leads came in over the phone, robust call tracking was a downright necessity. With WhatConverts, Repeat Digital had everything they needed to see where their phone call leads were coming from, down to the source, medium, landing page, and even keyword.

Prove Marketing Value

For example, one client said lots of the leads they were getting were existing customers, leading the client to think Repeat’s marketing wasn’t working. From there, they could see that while this was an existing customer, they were searching for non-branded keywords when they clicked on the PPC ad. This meant that had the ad not been there, the customer very likely could have clicked on a competitor’s ad. Identify Opportunities & Optimize

Finally, Repeat Digital could use both current and historical data to identify optimization opportunities. They could then use these opportunities to maximize ROI and apply these insights across their client base.

For example, they could run Source/Medium reports to see which channels were generating the highest sales value:

On top of that, Repeat Digital could look back at historical data to inform their current strategy. For example, they could start with the report below to see which months from last quarter brought in the most qualified leads (January). They could even take it one step further to see which campaigns and keywords delivered those qualified leads (dental crowns / dental crowns). Best of all, they could apply these insights to other clients in similar industries. For example, other dental offices would likely benefit from Google Ads campaigns targeting the keyword “dental crowns” that have the same messaging. This let Repeat Digital scale their success and grow even faster.

The Result:

Repeat Digital saw an impressive string of successes over the next four years.

For one, their revenue nearly tripled. This healthy boost in income allowed the agency to expand. They went from a team of three employees to eight, expanded their service offerings, and upgraded equipment.

What’s more, their clients saw some incredible results as well, including 28X ROI, 705% increase in leads, and a 103% increase in YoY revenue.
