Add New Leads Manually

You can manually add leads directly in the Lead Manager to record offline or untracked conversions.

Create a New Lead Manually

To add a new lead:

  1. Open the Lead Manager and click “Add Lead” at the top right.
  2. Create a New Lead Manually

  3. In Tell us about this lead, enter key details like:
    • Lead Type (e.g., Call, Form, or Chat)
    • Date & Time of the interaction
    • Quotable Lead, Quote Value, and Sales Value, if applicable
    • Whether to send an email notification for this lead
  4. In Tell us where this lead came from, add:
    • Source, Medium, Campaign, Content, and Keyword to track the marketing attribution
    • Landing Page and Lead Page, if known
    • Any other relevant lead data.
  5. In Add additional data to this lead, you can optionally include any extra fields you want to capture in the conversion details section, such as form details.
  6. Click “Finish”.

Your new lead will now appear in the Lead Manager.
