What is the Paid Balance?
The Paid Balance is made up of funds you add to your account either manually or through Auto Funding. Together with your Included Usage, it makes up the Current Balance in your WhatConverts account, the total funds available to cover usage and renewal costs.
Note: If you haven’t used all of your Paid Balance by the end of the month, the remaining amount will automatically roll over to the next month.
View Your Paid Balance
To view your Paid Balance:
- Access the Master Account Settings and go to Billing.
- Click "Overview".
