Connect WhatConverts to JobNimbus CRM
Connect WhatConverts to JobNimbus CRM through Zapier to automatically sync lead data and sales information between the two platforms.
Before You Begin
To set up this integration, you will need:
- A JobNimbus account
- A Zapier account
- Your WhatConverts API key:
- For Master Account integrations: Generate a Master API Key
- For Profile integrations: Generate a Profile API Key
Connect JobNimbus to Zapier
To connect your JobNimbus account to Zapier:
- When setting up your first JobNimbus step in a Zapier workflow, you'll be prompted to connect your account.
- Click "Sign in to JobNimbus".
- Enter your JobNimbus API key.
- Click "Continue".
- Your JobNimbus account will now be connected and available for all your Zapier workflows.
Use the External ID Field in JobNimbus
JobNimbus provides a built-in "External ID" field that can be used to store the WhatConverts Lead ID without creating a custom field. This External ID field is available in Zapier when creating or updating JobNimbus contacts.
When setting up your Zapier workflows:
- In the "Create Contact" action, map the WhatConverts Lead ID to the "External ID" field
- In workflows that send data from JobNimbus to WhatConverts, retrieve the "External ID" to identify the correct lead to update
The External ID field functions the same way as custom fields in other CRMs. It stores a unique identifier that connects the JobNimbus contact to the specific lead in WhatConverts.
Set Up Your Zapier Workflows
The JobNimbus CRM integration requires separate Zapier workflows for each type of data you want to sync. Choose which workflows you need based on your business requirements:
To send data FROM WhatConverts TO JobNimbus

Test Your Connection
After setting up your Zapier workflows:
- Create a test record in the source platform (lead or contact update, depending on your workflow).
- Verify that the Zapier workflow triggers and completes successfully.
- Check the destination platform to confirm that the data was created or updated with the correct information.
