Activate the White Label

Activating the White Label replaces the WhatConverts logo and domain with your own branding, so clients log in and view reports under your business brand.

Activate the White Label

To activate the White Label on your account:

1. Open the Master Account Settings. Click "White Label".
2. Populate the White Label Address and the Support Email fields.
3. Check the box to confirm the White Label monthly fee of $50, then click "Create White Label Instance".

Set Up and Manage the White Label DNS Configuration

To activate White Label in WhatConverts, you'll need to configure DNS. This step connects your custom domain (for example, portal.yourbrand.com) to WhatConverts so your clients can log in using a branded URL.

1. Go to Master Account Settings. Select "White Label".
2. In the left panel, choose "DNS Configuration".
3. Copy the Key and Value fields shown on the DNS Configuration page.
4. In your domain registrar, create new CNAME records using the provided Keys and Values.
5. Return to WhatConverts, a green banner will confirm once your White Label instance is active.

Deactivate the White Label

If you no longer wish to use White Label, you can deactivate it at any time.

1. Go to Master Account Settings. Select "White Label".
2. In the left panel, choose "Deactivate".
3. Check "Click to confirm deactivation of your white label instance".
4. Select "Deactivate White Label Instance" to remove all branded elements.
5. Once deactivated, all White Label branding will be removed from your account, and your login will revert to the standard WhatConverts domain.
