When you set up Dynamic Number Insertion, WhatConverts follows the current formatting of your phone number on your website. This help document will show you how to set, or change, the tracking number format on your site.
On the page where you want to update the tracking number format, paste the following code after your WhatConverts tracking code:
<script type="text/javascript"> wc_number_format = 'xxx-xxx-xxxx'; </script>
Change the xxx-xxx-xxxx to reflect how you would like your tracking number to appear.
For example, if your phone number on your site is a vanity number and displayed as (555) NUMBER-1 and you would like your tracking number to appear as (555) 123-4567, you will want to update the code to
