WhatConverts allows you to connect your Bing Ads account. Once connected, WhatConverts will send conversions based on leads tracked to your Bing Ads account. Before you get started, make sure auto-tagging is on in Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
Note: If you're using an Office365 or School/Business account, you may not be able to log into the Bing Ads portal using the WhatConverts integration. Instead, create an additional Microsoft Live account and grant it access to your MS Ads account, then use this new account to connect to WhatConverts.
1Log into the WhatConverts profile you want to connect to Microsoft (Bing) Ads. Click "Tracking" in the top menu. Select "Integrations".
2In the Bing Ads module, click "Connect". Click "+ Add Connection".
3Log into your Microsoft (Bing) Ads account and click through the prompts to authorize the connection.
4Select your "Customer" you would like to use for this integration. Follow through the prompts to choose which types of leads you would like for WhatConverts to send to Microsoft (Bing) Ads as conversions and select when to trigger the conversions to be sent to Bing Ads.
Note: There are three Trigger types:
Click "Update".
Important: It may take up to 72 hours before conversions show up in Bing Ads.
Note: If you get an error indicating that you need to use a work account in order to connect, you may need to disconnect from the account and resend a new invitation.
