1Within WhatConverts, create a Tracking Number to be used exclusively as a Google Ads Location Extension number. Give the tracking number a name such as, "Google Location Extension". For Where will you use this number?, select "Offline". Complete the setup walkthrough and click "Finish".
2Log into Google My Business. Click "Info" on the left menu. Under Advanced Information, click the Pencil Icon next to Google Ads location extensions phone.
Paste or Enter the tracking number created in WhatConverts. Click "Apply".
When running Google Ads with Location Extensions, advertisers have the ability to add a Location Extension Call Tracking number in the Google My Business listing. In WhatConverts, you can add a call tracking number for use in the Location Extension to easily determine where your calls are coming from.
1Within WhatConverts, create a Tracking Number that will be used exclusively as a Google Ads Location Extension number. Give the tracking number a name that will make it easy to identify such as, “Google Location Extension”. Make sure the Dynamic Number Insertion option is "Off" for the tracking number as the number will be used as a static number only.
2Log into Google My Business. Click "Info" on the left menu. Under Advanced Information, click the Pencil Icon next to Google Ads location extensions phone.
Paste or Enter the tracking number created in WhatConverts. Click "Apply".
