View Your Chat Leads
Use this workflow to see chat leads in your WhatConverts account. Chat Tracking captures leads automatically and links them to your marketing sources, giving you full visibility into lead performance.

View Chat Leads
Follow these steps to find and review chat leads in your account.
- Access the Lead Manager.
- You'll see the Lead Manager displaying all tracked leads across your profiles.
- Filter by lead type to view only Appointment submissions:
- Locate the "Type" column.
- Click the filter and select “Chat”.
- Click any lead row to open the Lead Details page and view the complete chat information.
- Review the lead details, including:
- Chat transcript
- Contact details (Name, Email, Phone Number)
- Source, medium, and campaign attribution
- Any additional data passed through your chat provider.


Note: Not all chat providers provide the same information, such as chat transcripts.
Tip: You can view leads at the Master Account, Account, or Profile level. Make sure you select the correct level before opening the Lead Manager so you only see the leads for that level.
