Disconnect Marketing Spend Tracking

Disconnecting Marketing Spend stops WhatConverts from importing cost data from a connected ad platform. This removes the platform's costs from your ROI calculations but keeps your integration active for lead attribution.

Disconnect a Platform from Marketing Spend

To stop tracking marketing costs from a connected ad platform:

  1. Go to "Reports", then select "Marketing Spend"
  2. Locate the ad platform you want to disconnect (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
  3. Click "Disconnect" next to the connected platform.
  4. Confirm the disconnection when prompted.

Once disconnected, WhatConverts will stop importing cost data from that platform. Your integration remains active, and leads will still be attributed correctly to that source.

Note: Disconnecting Marketing Spend only stops cost imports. It does not disconnect your ad platform integration. Lead tracking and attribution continue to work normally.
