A Lead Manager View lets you quickly decide what information you see in the Lead Manager. Instead of setting up columns or filters every time, you can save a view and return to it instantly. Views make it easy to focus on the details that matter most for your workflow, whether that’s sales follow-up, campaign analysis, or chat analysis.

Why use a Lead Manager View?

Lead Manager Views save time and keep your work organized and consistent. With them, you can:

  • Customize the columns you see in the Lead Manager.
  • Create different layouts for different workflows, such as sales follow-ups, campaign analysis, or sales rep performance analysis.
  • Switch between saved views instantly without reconfiguring columns.
  • Keep views personal to your user account so each team member can work with the data they need.

  • A sales team member creates a view filtering only for Call Leads with Contact Name, Phone Number, Job, and Quote Value to prioritize follow-up.
