Organize the Lead Manager with Custom Fields

Once you have enriched your leads with Custom Fields, you can use the Lead Manager to filter, evaluate, and analyze them. This helps you gather insights and see which marketing sources, keywords, or services drive your best leads.

Use Custom Fields to Filter Leads in the Lead Manager

Note: When you create a Custom Field, a corresponding Field Mapping is automatically created for it. That’s why Custom Fields appear under the Mapped Fields section in the Lead Manager with no extra setup needed.

To filter your Lead Manager using Custom Fields:

  1. Open the Lead Manager.
  2. Locate the Custom Field column you want to filter by, or add it if it is not already present.
  3. Enter a value in that column to filter your leads.
  4. Use Custom Fields to Filter Leads in the Lead Manager

Tip: Custom Fields automatically appear as columns in the Lead Manager. To enable or disable them, go to “Choose Columns”. You'll find your Custom Fields listed alongside other mapped values.

Tip: Grouping leads by Custom Fields lets you compare performance across categories like service type, sales rep, or campaign. Learn how in our Grouping Leads article.
