Organize the Lead Manager Using Lead Analysis Outcomes
Once your leads are enriched with Lead Analysis, you can use the Lead Manager to filter, organize, and analyze leads using AI-generated insights.
This allows you to instantly segment leads based on intent, topic, sentiment, and other AI-detected data, helping you focus on the most qualified and valuable opportunities.
Use Lead Analysis Fields to Filter Leads in the Lead Manager
To filter your Lead Manager using Lead Analysis (LA) outcomes:
- Open the Lead Manager.
- Locate the Lead Analysis column (tagged as “LA”) you want to filter by, or add it if it’s not already visible (you’ll find all available fields under the Lead Analysis section)..
- Enter or select a value in that column to filter your leads.

These insights are automatically generated from your calls, chats, and form submissions by using Lead Analysis and AI Analysis.
Tip: Lead Analysis fields automatically appear as columns in the Lead Manager. To enable or disable them, go to “Choose Columns” under the Lead Analysis section.
Tip: Combine the power of AI insights from Lead Analysis (LA) fields with the context from Custom Fields or Mapped Fields to have the complete picture of lead quality and campaign performance.
