View Your Web Form Leads
Once you've set up form tracking, whether automatically or manually, you can view all captured form submissions in the Lead Manager. Reviewing your Web Form leads helps you analyze which marketing sources drive submissions and follow up with potential customers.
View Web Form Leads in the Lead Manager
To view your Web Form leads:
- Access the Lead Manager.
- You'll see the Lead Manager displaying all tracked leads across your profiles.
- Filter by lead type to view only Web Form submissions:
- Locate the "Lead Type" column.
- Click the filter and select "Web Form".
- Click any “View Lead” to open the Lead Details page and view the complete form submission, marketing source data, and any notes or tags.
Tip: You can view leads at the Master Account, Account, or Profile level. Make sure you select the correct level before opening the Lead Manager so you only see the leads for that level.
