Report on Lead Quality

Once your leads are valued and qualified using the Lead Details Overview and Lead Analysis tabs, you can use the Lead Manager and Reporting tools to identify which services, sources, or campaigns are driving true revenue.

Step 1. Create a Custom View for Quality Insights

Start in the Lead Manager and create a custom view that shows the fields most relevant to quality, such as:

  • Quote Value and Sales Value
  • Quotable or a Custom Field for “Lead Quality”
  • Job Type, Source, Campaign, Keyword, and Sales Rep

Apply filters to focus on valuable segments (e.g., “Qualified - High Value” leads).

Save the view so you can quickly return to this data as your quality dashboard.

Step 2. Review Leads to Extract Quality Insights

Use your custom view to analyze leads side-by-side, then open the Lead Details to dive deeper:

  • The Overview tab shows Customer Journey and conversion details.
  • The Lead Analysis tab provides AI-generated insights (Intent, Topic, Keyword, and AI Analysis answers).

This allows you to identify patterns, understand intent, and see which interactions are generating valuable conversations.

Step 3. Qualify, Categorize, and Value Leads

After reviewing your leads, add the additional context so you can measure and compare quality effectively:

You can do this manually or automate it with Lead Intelligence rules.

Step 4. Run a Quick Report

Once your data is organized and enriched, start by using Quick Reports in the Lead Manager to visualize your lead quality insights.

Start simple, group leads by Source, Campaign, or Service Type, and compare:

  • Total Quote Value
  • Total Sales Value
  • Number of Qualified Leads

You’ll instantly see which segments drive the most revenue or qualified conversions.

Step 5. Build In-Depth Reports

For deeper insights, open the Report Builder to create custom reports.

Use dimensions and filters such as:

  • Source or Campaign by Quote Value or Sales Value.
  • Filter by Medium = CPC to analyze paid campaigns.
  • Include Sales Rep to evaluate team performance.

This helps you connect marketing spend to lead quality and revenue.

Note: For faster insights, explore the Summary, Marketing Channels, Keywords, or Landing Pages reports.

Example Insights You Can Extract

  • Send only “Qualified - High Value” leads to Google Ads for better optimization.
  • Identify which campaigns generate the highest-value quotes.
  • Measure ROI per sales rep or service line.
  • Compare sources (Google, Facebook, Direct) by total revenue.
