Cancel or Downgrade Your Account: Individual Business Plans
If you're using an Individual Business Plan and decide to stop using WhatConverts, in one or all your accounts, you have two options: cancel or downgrade the account(s).
Canceling an account permanently removes it from your Master Account. All data and tracking associated with that account will be deleted.
Downgrading an account disables phone numbers, white-label settings, and auto-funding. Tracking will stop, but your historical data will remain accessible for reference.
Note: You can have your data restored after cancelling if you contact support@whatconverts.com within 30 days.
Keep the Master Account Active
Since Individual Business Accounts are billed separately, you can cancel or downgrade them independently.
If you have multiple accounts under your Master Account, you can choose which ones to cancel or downgrade without affecting the others.
Cancel an Individual Account
If you want to permanently delete and cancel an Individual Account, but keep the rest of the Individual accounts within your Master Account:
- Open the Master Account Settings. Select "Manage Accounts".
- Under Accounts, select the Trashcan icon next to the Account you want to cancel.
- Click on the confirmation box. Select "Delete Account".
Downgrade an Individual Account
If you want to downgrade an Individual Account, but keep the rest of the Individual accounts within your Master Account active:
- Open the Master Account Settings. Select "Manage Accounts".
- Under Accounts, select the Pencil icon next the Account you want to downgrade.
- Scroll to the bottom of the plans. Select Disable Account.
- Click "Finish".
Cancel or Downgrade the Entire Master Account
Since Individual Business Accounts are billed separately, if you want to downgrade or cancel the entire Master Account, you have to take action on each individual account within your Master Account.
Cancel the Master Account
If you want to permanently delete and cancel the entire Master Account, you have to cancel every individual account:
- Open the Master Account Settings. Select "Manage Accounts".
- Under Accounts, delete all available accounts. Select the Trashcan icon next to each Account to delete it permanently.
- Once all Accounts are removed, select "Delete Master Account".

- Check the box to confirm the Master Account deletion and click "Delete Master Account".
Downgrade the Master Account
If you want to downgrade the entire Master Account, you have to disable every individual account:
- Open the Master Account Settings. Select "Manage Accounts".
- Under Accounts, select the Pencil icon next the Account you want to downgrade.
- Scroll to the bottom of the plans. Select Disable Account.
- Click "Finish".
- Repeat this process for each account within your Master Account.
