Enable Recording Storage After 5 Years
Extended recording storage in WhatConverts allows you to keep call recordings beyond the standard 5-year limit. This service is active by default and ensures your recordings are retained as long as you need them.
Note:
- Price: $0.001 per recording per month
- No charge for recordings less than 5 years old
- Control settings at the Master Account or Profile level
Change Recording Storage Settings For a Master Account
To change your extended recording storage for an entire Master Account:
- Go to Master Account Settings. Select "Additional Settings".
- Click "Recordings".
- Toggle "Enable Recording Storage after 5 Years" YES or NO.
Note: Adjusting the setting at the Master Account level applies it to all Profiles.
Change Recording Storage Settings For a Profile
To change your extended recording storage for a specific Profile:
- Go to Profile Settings. Select "Additional Settings".
- Click "Recordings".
- Toggle "Enable Recording Storage after 5 Years" YES or NO.
