View Your Account Usage
You can view usage details for every Account under your Master Account. Usage includes numbers, minutes, and renewals broken down by Account. Learn more in What is the Account Usage?
View Usage by Account
To check Account Usage:
- Open the Master Account Settings. Select "Usage".
- Choose the month you want to review.
- Review the Account Usage table for details such as renewals, phone numbers, and minutes used.
Note: Click “Download CSV” in the top-right corner to export usage data.
