Adjust the Lookback Window
The Lookback Window determines how far back WhatConverts will attribute interactions to a lead. By default, the lookback window is set to All Time, meaning attribution is indefinite. You can shorten this window to as little as 1 day.
Note: Adjusting this window can alter the attribution that appears on your lead in the Leads Manager and in your Reports.
Adjust the Lookback Window for the Master Account
To adjust the Lookback window for an entire Master Account:
- Open the Master Account Settings. Select "Additional Settings".
- Click "Lookback Window".
- Choose your preferred window (1 day minimum, All Time maximum).
- Select "Update Lookback Window".
Note: This option applies the same lookback window to all profiles under the Master Account.
Adjust the Lookback Window for a Profile
To adjust the Lookback window for a specific Profile:
- Open the Profile Settings. Select "Additional Settings".
- Click "Lookback Window".
- Choose your preferred window (1 day minimum. Can be blank for All Time).
- Select "Update Lookback Window".
Note: This option applies only to a specific profile.
