Configure User Notifications

When adding or editing a Master Account User or an Account User, you can set their notification preferences.

Set Master Account User Notifications

Master Account Users receive notifications for all accounts tied to the Master Account. There are two notification types to configure:

1. New Account Notifications: Controls notifications for any new accounts created under the Master Account in the future.
   • Default: Customize which events trigger notifications. Deselect any events you don't want to receive notifications for.
   • Always: Receive notifications for all events.
   • Never: Turn off notifications for all events.

   

2. Current Account Notifications: Controls notifications for all existing accounts under the Master Account.
   • Default: Customize which events and accounts trigger notifications. Deselect any events for specific accounts you don't want to receive notifications for.
   • Always: Receive notifications for all events.
   • Never: Turn off notifications for all events.

   

Set Account User Notifications

Account Users only receive notifications for the accounts they have access to. There are two configuration options:

1. Default: Select the accounts, roles, and events that will trigger notifications. Deselect any events for specific accounts you don't want to receive notifications for.
   
2. Full: Grants Administrator access and enables notifications for all accounts under the Master Account.
