Manage Your Lead Intelligence Rules

Once you've created your Lead Intelligence rules, you can manage them to keep your automation workflows running smoothly. This guide explains how to view, edit, organize, and control your rules.
How It Works
Lead Intelligence rules run automatically on new leads as they come in, or you can apply them manually to existing leads. Most rule management happens during the initial setup phase when you're building and testing workflows. Once rules are active and working correctly, they typically require minimal ongoing maintenance.
Manage Your Rules
To access and manage your Lead Intelligence rules:
- Access the Master Account or Profiles settings depending on where your rules are located.
- Click "Lead Intelligence" from the menu.
- From the Lead Intelligence page, you can perform the following management tasks:
- View All Rules: See your complete list of rules with their status (active or inactive) and descriptions.
- Edit a Rule: Click on any rule to open it and modify its conditions, actions, or settings.
- Activate or Deactivate Rules: Toggle rules on or off without deleting them. Inactive rules don't run automatically, but can still be applied manually.
- Reorder Rules: Drag and drop rules to change their execution order. Rules run in the sequence shown, which matters when rules depend on each other.
- Delete Rules: Remove rules you no longer need by clicking the delete option on individual rules.
- Copy Rules: Import rules from other profiles to maintain consistency across accounts.
- Apply to Existing Leads: Manually run rules on historical leads by clicking "Manage Rules" and selecting "Apply Rules to Existing Leads".
