Send Lead Data to Your CRM Automatically with Lead Intelligence

Lead Intelligence can automatically send filtered lead data to your CRM or external systems via webhooks. This ensures only qualified, high-value leads reach your CRM while keeping data clean and actionable.

How It Works

Webhook rules trigger when leads meet specific criteria, then send that lead data to your configured webhook endpoint. Instead of sending every lead, you can filter by:

  • Qualification status (only quotable leads)
  • Lead score thresholds (only high-scoring leads)
  • Lead type (only phone calls or forms)
  • Custom field values (specific service types or products)

This keeps your CRM focused on leads worth following up on and prevents clutter from spam or low-quality submissions.

Set Up CRM Webhooks

To automatically send leads to your CRM using a Lead Intelligence template:

  1. Access the Master Account or Profiles settings depending on where you want to apply rules.
  2. Select "Lead Intelligence".
  3. Click "+ Add Intelligence Rule".
  4. Select "Import rule from template".
  5. Choose the "Leads to Webhook" category from the left sidebar.
  6. Select the "Send filtered leads to Webhook" template.
  7. Click "Import" to load the template.
  8. Customize the template by setting your conditions:
    • Define which leads should trigger the webhook (e.g., Quotable is "Yes")
    • Add additional filters like Lead Type, Source, or custom fields
    • Specify the webhook endpoint URL where data should be sent
  9. Click "Continue" to proceed to rule details.
  10. Fill in the rule information:
    • Rule Name: Use a descriptive name like "Send Qualified Leads to CRM"
    • Rule Description: Add notes about filtering criteria (optional)
    • Activate Rule?: Toggle on to activate immediately
    • Time Zone: Select the appropriate time zone
  11. Click "Complete" to save and activate the rule.

Note: You'll need to have a webhook endpoint configured to receive the lead data from Lead Intelligence.

Common CRM Webhook Workflows

Common workflows to send data to external systems using webhooks include:

  • Send Only Quotable Leads: Filter out unqualified leads and only send those marked as quotable to your CRM for follow-up.
  • Send High-Score Leads: Trigger webhooks only when leads reach specific score thresholds, prioritizing your sales team's time.
  • Send Specific Lead Types: Route phone calls to one CRM and web forms to another based on your workflow needs.
  • Send Leads with Values: Only send leads that have Quote Value or Sales Value attached, ensuring CRM data includes revenue potential.
