Understand the WhatConverts Account Hierarchy

The Control Center helps you navigate WhatConverts by showing your three-tier account hierarchy (Master Account, Accounts, and Profiles), and giving you access to the admin settings and tools available at each level.
Access the WhatConverts Account Hierarchy
To access the Control Center from any level:
- Click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
- The Control Center is displayed, showing your account hierarchy.
Note: The account hierarchy will only show your current level and above. If you are an Account User, you won’t see the Master Account level.
Understand the WhatConverts Account Hierarchy
WhatConverts is built on a three-tier account hierarchy: Master Account → Account → Profile. The Control Center displays these levels and the admin settings available at each one depending on your permissions.
- Master Account: The top level of your structure, where you manage billing, usage, users, and global settings across all Accounts.
- Account: A container for one business or client, used to organize and manage Profiles under it.
- Profile: The data level that tracks and stores leads for a specific website or location.
This structure gives you flexibility, security, and full control, whether you're an individual business or an agency managing multiple clients.
Note: All data is captured at the Profile level, which ensures lead data stays private and organized.
