Add Notes to Your Leads
Adding notes helps you capture extra context about a lead, such as follow-up reminders, customer details, or internal comments. Notes are saved in the panel and can also be displayed as a column in the Lead Manager, so your team always has the full picture.
Add a Note to a Lead
To add a note to a lead:
- Open the Lead Manager and click “View Lead”
- Click “+ Add a note…”under the lead information.
- Type your note into the text box.
- Click “Save”.
Tip : Add the Notes column to the Lead Manager to view and edit notes directly from the table view.
