Block Email Addresses

Blocking email addresses prevents unwanted or spam submissions from being recorded in WhatConverts. You can block emails at either the Master Account or Profile level.

Note: Setting the emails up in the Master Account affects all Profiles within.

Add Blocked Email Addresses to a Master Account

To block emails for the entire Master Account:

  1. Open Master Account Settings. Select "Additional Settings".
  2. Select "Blocked Emails".
  3. Select the orange "Add Blocked Email" button to add new lines for each address you'd like to block.
  4. Select "Finish".

Add Blocked Email Addresses to a Profile

To block emails for a specific Profile:

  1. Access the Profile and go to the Tracking section.
  2. Under Tracking, select "Forms" → "Blocked Emails".
  3. Select the orange "Add Blocked Email" button to add new lines.
  4. Select "Finish".
