Block Email Addresses
Blocking email addresses prevents unwanted or spam submissions from being recorded in WhatConverts. You can block emails at either the Master Account or Profile level.
Note: Setting the emails up in the Master Account affects all Profiles within.
Add Blocked Email Addresses to a Master Account
To block emails for the entire Master Account:
- Open Master Account Settings. Select "Additional Settings".
- Select "Blocked Emails".

- Select the orange "Add Blocked Email" button to add new lines for each address you'd like to block.
- Select "Finish".
Add Blocked Email Addresses to a Profile
To block emails for a specific Profile:
- Access the Profile and go to the Tracking section.
- Under Tracking, select "Forms" → "Blocked Emails".

- Select the orange "Add Blocked Email" button to add new lines.
- Select "Finish".
