Add Domains to Your Whitelist

Domain Whitelisting allows you to restrict account access so only users with email addresses from approved domains can log in. This feature helps secure your WhatConverts account by preventing unauthorized users or external domains from being added as users.

Add a Domain to Your Whitelist

To add a domain to your whitelist:

1. Go to Master Account Settings. Select "Security".
2. Under Security, choose "Domain Whitelist".
3. Click "+ Add Domain".
4. Enter the domain you want to authorize (e.g., example.com). Only users with emails ending in that domain (e.g., user@example.com) will be allowed to log in.
5. Click "Save".
