Add-ons expand the functionality of your WhatConverts account and can be enabled or disabled at any time. These features are billed separately from your base plan and apply monthly or per recording depending on the service.
How White-Label is Priced
White-Label allows you to fully rebrand the WhatConverts platform with your agency's logo, colors, and domain. This is ideal for agencies offering WhatConverts as part of their marketing or reporting services.
- Cost: $50 per month
- Availability: Agency plans only
- Billing: Added to your monthly subscription charge
Note: White-Label is a flat monthly cost that remains the same regardless of the number of Accounts managed under your Master Account.
How Extended Call Recording Storage is Priced
By default, WhatConverts retains call recordings for up to five years. You can extend storage beyond that limit to maintain long-term access to call data for compliance, analysis, or recordkeeping.
- Cost: $0.001 per recording, per month
- Billing: Automatically applied for any recording stored longer than five years
- Flexibility: You can disable extended storage at any time to prevent further charges
Note: Extended storage charges apply only to recordings that exceed the standard five-year retention period.
