Understand the Lead Intelligence Conditions
Conditions are the "IF" part of Lead Intelligence rules. They define which leads trigger your rule by checking specific lead data points against values you set. Understanding available conditions helps you build precise automation rules that target exactly the leads you want to affect.
How Conditions Work
Each condition consists of three components:
- Dimension: The lead data point to check (e.g., Lead Type, Duration, Quotable status)
- Qualifier: The comparison operator that defines the relationship (e.g., is, contains, greater than)
- Value: The specific value you're comparing against (e.g., "Phone Call", 60, "Yes")
Available Dimensions
Lead Intelligence conditions can check any field available through the WhatConverts API, including:
Standard Lead Fields:
- Lead Type, Lead Status, Quotable, Lead Score
- Quote Value, Sales Value
- Source, Medium, Campaign, Content, Keyword
- Lead Page, Landing Page
- Date Created, Last Updated
Phone Call Fields:
- Duration (Seconds), Answer Status, Line Type
- Tracking Number, Destination Number, Caller Number
- Call Transcription, Voicemail Transcription
- Caller Name, Caller City, Caller State, Caller Zip, Caller Country
Form and Chat Fields:
- Form Name, Message
- Category, Action, Label

Custom Data:
- Mapped Fields (fields you've mapped from forms or integrations)
- Custom Fields (fields you've created for tracking additional data)
Available Qualifiers
Qualifiers determine how the dimension is compared to your value:
- is: Exact match
- is not: Does not match exactly
- contains: Includes the text or value
- does not contain: Does not include the text or value
- greater than: Numeric value is larger
- greater or equal to: Numeric value is larger or the same
- less than: Numeric value is smaller
- less or equal to: Numeric value is smaller or the same
- matches Regexp: Matches a regular expression pattern
- does not match Regexp: Does not match a regular expression pattern
- begins with: Starts with the specified text
- does not begin with: Does not start with the specified text
- ends with: Ends with the specified text
- does not end with: Does not end with the specified text
Combine Multiple Conditions
You can add multiple conditions to a single rule and connect them with:
- AND: All conditions must be met for the rule to trigger
- OR: Any condition can be met for the rule to trigger
Example: To qualify only phone calls longer than 60 seconds from Google Ads:
- Condition 1: Lead Type is Phone Call AND
- Condition 2: Duration (Seconds) greater than 60 AND
- Condition 3: Source is google
