Send Appointments (Jobs) from Jobber to WhatConverts

Sending scheduled jobs from Jobber to WhatConverts allows you to track which marketing campaigns generate actual booked appointments. When jobs are created or updated in Jobber, they automatically sync to WhatConverts as appointments and are tied back to the original lead's marketing attribution data.

This workflow uses the native Jobber integration to automatically sync job data, ensuring you can measure which ads, keywords, and campaigns drive customers who actually book work.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have already connected WhatConverts to Jobber and selected "Jobs" during the connection setup. If you haven't set up the connection yet, follow the instructions in Connect WhatConverts to Jobber.

How Job Syncing Works

Once the integration is active, jobs automatically sync from Jobber to WhatConverts:

  1. Create or schedule a job in Jobber for a customer.
  2. Job data syncs automatically to WhatConverts within minutes.
  3. WhatConverts matches the job to the original lead based on customer information (phone number and email).
  4. Marketing attribution is applied. The job appears in WhatConverts as an appointment with all the marketing data from the original lead that was tracked (source, campaign, keywords, landing page).
  5. Reporting shows job attribution. You can now see which campaigns generated this scheduled job.

What Job Data Gets Synced

The following information syncs from Jobber jobs to WhatConverts:

  • Job scheduling date and time
  • Customer information (name, phone, email, address)
  • Job description and service type

View Jobs in WhatConverts

To see jobs that have synced from Jobber:

  1. From your WhatConverts profile, access the Lead Manager.
  2. Filter by lead type "Appointment" to see all scheduled jobs.
  3. Click on any appointment to view:
    • The original marketing source when using First-Click attribution (Google Ads, Facebook, organic search, etc.)
    • Campaign and keyword information
    • Landing page
    • Full customer journey timeline (Elite plans only)

Measure Job Attribution

With jobs syncing from Jobber, you can now:

  • Track cost per job. Calculate how much you spend on ads to generate each scheduled job
  • Identify top-performing campaigns. See which keywords and ads generate the most booked appointments
  • Optimize ad spend. Shift budget toward campaigns that drive actual jobs, not just clicks
  • Report to clients or stakeholders. Show clear ROI from marketing to booked work

Important Note About Attribution

Jobs will only have marketing attribution if the customer was first tracked by WhatConverts. This typically happens when a customer:

  • Calls a WhatConverts tracking number
  • Submits a form on your tracked website
  • Chats with you through a tracked chat widget
  • Texts a tracked number

If a customer books directly through Jobber without first contacting you through a tracked channel, the job will sync to WhatConverts but won't have marketing attribution data.
