Validating and troubleshooting your Jobber integration ensures data flows correctly between systems and helps you quickly resolve issues when they occur. Understanding common issues and how to fix them will keep your attribution data accurate and your integration running smoothly.
Validate Your Integration
After setting up your Jobber integration, take these steps to confirm everything works correctly:
Check Connection Status
- From your WhatConverts profile, go to "Tracking" and "Integrations".
- Select "CRMs" and open "Jobber".
- Click "View Details".
- Verify the connection status shows as "Connected".
Verify Data Selection
- Confirm that "Jobs" and/or "Invoices" are checked based on what you want to track
Test with Real Data
- Create a test job in Jobber
- Wait a few minutes for the sync to occur
- Check WhatConverts to see if the job appears as an appointment
- Verify the job is connected to the correct customer's lead record
Test Invoice Syncing
- Create a test invoice in Jobber
- Wait for the sync to occur
- Check WhatConverts to see if the invoice appears as a transaction
- Confirm the sales value is correct
- Verify the transaction is linked to the original lead's marketing data
Understand the Sync Delays
The Jobber integration syncs data frequently but not always instantly:
- Jobs and invoices typically appear in WhatConverts within minutes
- During high-traffic periods, syncing may take slightly longer
- If data hasn't appeared after an hour, investigate using the troubleshooting steps above and contact WhatConverts Support if needed
