Set Up the JobNimbus Integration

The JobNimbus integration allows you to track Jobs and Invoices created in JobNimbus as leads in WhatConverts. This helps you connect completed work and revenue back to your marketing efforts.

Add the JobNimbus Integration

To add the JobNimbus integration:

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select “Tracking”, then “Integrations”.
3. Under “CRMs”, select “JobNimbus.”
4. Click “Add Connection”.
5. Enter your JobNimbus API Key.
6. Click “Continue”.
7. Select how to calculate the estimated value for each job
   • Most recent estimate (Recommended)
   • First estimate
   • Average estimate
   • Highest estimate
   • Lowest estimate
   • Total of all estimates



8. Click “Connect JobNimbus”

Create Your JobNimbus API Key

To create your API key:

1. Log in to JobNimbus.
2. Click the profile icon in the corner of your screen and select “Settings”.



3. Under “Integrations”, click “API”.



4. Click “New API Key”.
5. Enter a name for the key.
6. Select “Admin” as the profile.



7. Click “Save”.
8. Copy the API key.
9. Paste it into the “JobNimbus API Key” field in WhatConverts.

How the Integration Works

Once connected:

• New Jobs and Invoices created in JobNimbus are recorded as leads in WhatConverts by default.
• It may take a few minutes for new leads to appear after they are created in JobNimbus.
