Track Calls and Leads from Nextdoor
Track phone calls and leads from your Nextdoor ads in WhatConverts.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- An active Nextdoor Local Deals or Business Page
- A WhatConverts tracking number
- For this integration, you will Add a Phone Number to Track Offline Calls.
Add Your WhatConverts Tracking Number to Nextdoor
- Log in to your Nextdoor Business account.
- Navigate to your Business Page or Local Deals settings.
- Find the phone number field for your business.
- Replace your regular business number with your WhatConverts tracking number.
- Save your changes.
Set Up UTM Parameters for Nextdoor Traffic
- Create a unique landing page URL for your Nextdoor campaigns.
- Add UTM parameters to track Nextdoor traffic:
- utm_source=nextdoor
- utm_medium=social
- utm_campaign=[your campaign name]
- Use this tagged URL in your Nextdoor ads or posts.
- Example: yourwebsite.com/landing-page?utm_source=nextdoor&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=fall-promo
Track Form Submissions from Nextdoor
- Ensure your website has the WhatConverts tracking script installed.
- Verify that form tracking is enabled in your WhatConverts account.
- When visitors from Nextdoor submit forms on your website, WhatConverts will automatically attribute them to your Nextdoor campaign from the UTM parameters set up in the previous section.
Monitor Your Nextdoor Performance
- Log in to your WhatConverts account.
- Navigate to Reports or Lead Manager.
- Filter by Source "nextdoor" or your specific campaign name.
- Use this data to optimize your Nextdoor advertising strategy.
