Send Quote and/or Sales Value from OnePageCRM to WhatConverts

Create a Zapier workflow that automatically sends deal values from OnePageCRM back to WhatConverts to update existing leads.

Before You Begin

Understand This Workflow

This workflow updates existing leads in WhatConverts with deal information from OnePageCRM. It uses the WhatConverts Lead ID (stored in the OnePageCRM contact's custom field) to find and update the correct lead. If you don't have the Lead ID stored, you'll need to add a "Find Lead" step to search for the lead by phone or email before updating.

The trigger for this workflow is "Deal Won" or "Updated Deal" in OnePageCRM.

Create Your Sales Tracking Workflow

To build your Zapier workflow for sending sales data from OnePageCRM to WhatConverts:

Step 1: Set Up the Trigger

  1. Log in to your Zapier account.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click "+ Create", then click "Zaps".
  3. Use the AI Copilot to enter the integration you are setting up, or use the Trigger Box and search for "OnePageCRM".
  4. Choose "Deal Won" or "Updated Deal" as the trigger event. Click "Continue".
  5. Connect your OnePageCRM account if not already connected.
  6. Configure any trigger filters if you only want specific updates to sync (for example, when deals move to a "Won" status).
  7. Test the trigger to verify the connection works and review sample deal data.

Step 2: Get the Contact Associated with the Deal

  1. Click the Action step to select a platform.
  2. Search for and select "OnePageCRM". Choose "Find Contact" as the action, then click "Continue".
  3. Map the contact ID associated with the deal from Step 1.
  4. Test this step to retrieve the contact information, including the WhatConverts Lead ID custom field.

Step 3: Update Lead in WhatConverts (If You Have Lead ID)

If your OnePageCRM contacts have the WhatConverts Lead ID stored in a custom field:

  1. Click the Action step to select a platform.
  2. Search for and select "WhatConverts". Choose "Update Lead" as the action, then click "Continue".
  3. Map the following fields:
    • Lead ID: Map the custom field from Step 2 that contains the WhatConverts Lead ID
    • Quote Value: Map from the OnePageCRM deal amount (if the deal is in a proposal stage)
    • Sales Value: Map from the OnePageCRM deal amount (if the deal is won/closed)
    • Additional fields as needed
  4. Test this step to update a test lead in WhatConverts and verify the lead appears correctly updated.

Alternative Step 3: Find and Update Lead (If You Don't Have Lead ID)

If your OnePageCRM contacts don't have the Lead ID stored, you need to find the lead first:

Step 3a: Find Lead in WhatConverts

  1. Click the Action step to select a platform.
  2. Search for and select "WhatConverts". Choose "Find Lead" as the action. Click "Continue".
  3. Map search criteria from Step 2:
    • Email: Map from OnePageCRM contact email, OR
    • Phone: Map from OnePageCRM contact phone number
  4. Test this step to verify it finds the correct lead.

Step 3b: Update Lead in WhatConverts

  1. Add another WhatConverts step by pressing the "+" symbol.
  2. Choose "Update Lead" as the action.
  3. Map the value from OnePageCRM Step 1 to either the Sales Value, Quote Value, or both fields.
  4. Test this step to update a test lead in WhatConverts and verify the lead appears correctly updated.

Activate Your Workflow

Once you've successfully tested all steps:

  1. Review the entire workflow to ensure all mappings are correct.
  2. Verify the Lead ID custom field is properly mapped.
  3. Click "Publish" to activate the Zap.
  4. Monitor the first few deals that come through to ensure leads are updated correctly.
