The ServiceTitan integration allows you to send appointment and invoice data from ServiceTitan to WhatConverts, enabling you to track which marketing efforts drive valuable field service jobs and revenue.

How It Works

The ServiceTitan integration operates through Zapier workflows that automatically send new appointments and invoices from ServiceTitan to WhatConverts as lead records. When a prospect who previously interacted with your marketing (via phone call, form submission, or chat) books an appointment or completes a job in ServiceTitan, WhatConverts matches this data to the original marketing touchpoint, giving you complete attribution visibility.

Attribution Requirements

Similar to other CRM integrations, the ServiceTitan integration requires a previously tracked lead with marketing attribution in WhatConverts to connect appointment and invoice data to marketing attribution. If the customer contact information from ServiceTitan matches a lead that WhatConverts has already tracked (through a phone call, form submission, or chat), the appointment or invoice will show the first-click attribution from that original interaction. If no previous marketing touchpoint exists in WhatConverts, the lead will appear with direct attribution.
