What is the Housecall Pro Integration?
The Housecall Pro Integration connects WhatConverts with Housecall Pro through Zapier, enabling automated data transfer between your marketing tracking and field service management systems. This integration allows you to send job data from Housecall Pro into WhatConverts and push lead information from WhatConverts back to Housecall Pro.
Note: A Housecall Pro account on the Essentials or MAX plan (Basic plan does not support Zapier access) is needed.

Important Limitations to Understand
Because Housecall Pro uses iFrame-embedded forms and doesn't allow custom code, WhatConverts cannot natively track Housecall Pro forms. This means:
- Data sent from Housecall Pro to WhatConverts will only include information that Housecall Pro captures
- Marketing attribution data (ad source, keywords, landing pages) will not be available for leads that originate in Housecall Pro forms
- To track complete marketing attribution, leads must be captured through WhatConverts tracking first, then sent to Housecall Pro
