Send Estimates (Quotes) from Jobber to WhatConverts

Sending quotes from Jobber to WhatConverts allows you to track which marketing campaigns generate actual prospective pipeline value and estimates. When quotes are created, updated, or approved in Jobber, they automatically sync to WhatConverts as estimates and are tied back to the original lead's marketing attribution data.

This workflow uses the native Jobber integration to automatically sync quote data, ensuring you can measure which ads, keywords, and campaigns drive high-value prospective work before it is billed.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have already connected WhatConverts to Jobber and selected "Quotes" during the connection setup. If you haven't set up the connection yet, follow the instructions in Connect WhatConverts to Jobber.

How Quote Syncing Works

Once the integration is active, quotes automatically sync from Jobber to WhatConverts:

  1. Create a quote in Jobber (either directly for a client or by converting an existing request).
  2. Quote data syncs automatically to WhatConverts within minutes as an estimate.
  3. WhatConverts matches the quote to the original lead based on customer information (phone number and email).
  4. Marketing attribution is applied. The quote appears in WhatConverts with all the marketing data from the original lead that was tracked (source, campaign, keywords, landing page).
  5. Updates re-sync automatically. Whenever a quote's Quote Value, Estimate For description, or Estimate Status changes in Jobber (such as when line items are modified or a client approves a quote), Jobber automatically re-syncs to update that information in WhatConverts.

What Quote Data Gets Synced

The following information syncs from Jobber quotes to WhatConverts:

  • Quote Value: The total dollar amount of the quote
  • Estimate For: The job title, line items, and service details described in the quote
  • Estimate Status: The current lifecycle status of the quote in Jobber (Draft, Awaiting Response, Changes Requested, Approved, Converted, etc.)

View Estimates in WhatConverts

To see quotes that have synced from Jobber:

  1. From your WhatConverts profile, access the Lead Manager.
  2. Filter by lead type "Estimate" to see all scheduled jobs.
  3. Click on any estimate to view:
    • The Quote Value, Estimate For, and Estimate Status fields
    • The original marketing source when using First-Click attribution (Google Ads, Facebook, organic search, etc.)
    • Campaign and keyword information
    • Landing page
    • Full customer journey timeline (Elite plans only)

Measure Quote Attribution

With quotes syncing from Jobber, you can now:

  • Identify high-value campaigns: See which marketing sources bring in larger, higher-value project estimates.
  • Track proposal conversion rates: Compare which marketing channels produce leads that actually request quotes versus those that do not.
  • Evaluate win rates by channel: Learn which ad sources generate quotes that reach Approved status.
  • Forecast pending pipeline: Filter open estimates by status to see potential revenue generated by each marketing campaign.

Important Note About Attribution

Quotes will only have marketing attribution if the customer was first tracked by WhatConverts. This typically happens when a customer:

  • Calls a WhatConverts tracking number
  • Submits a form on your tracked website
  • Chats with you through a tracked chat widget
  • Texts a tracked number

If a quote is created directly in Jobber without the customer first contacting you through a tracked channel, the quote will sync to WhatConverts as an estimate but won't have marketing attribution data.
