Manage User Activations
When a new Master Account User or Account User is created, they receive an email to activate their account and set a password. Until activation, their status will display as "Awaiting Activation". Knowing how to manage activations ensures users can access their accounts without delay.

Review and Manage User Activations
To help a user activate their account, Master Account Owners/Admins can:
- Resend the activation email by clicking the "Resend Activation Email".

- Copy the activation link by clicking the "Copy Activation Link" icon and share it with them manually.

Note: If a user’s email bounces, notifications are disabled automatically. You’ll see the date under Notifications Disabled.
