Manage Your Balance
Your Current Balance shows the total available funds in your WhatConverts account. This Balance is used to pay for renewal fees and usage, such as account renewals, white label, tracking numbers, and recorded leads. Monitoring your Balance ensures that your services remain active without interruption.
Understand Your Balance
Your Current Balance is the total amount of funds available for use. It's made up of two parts:
- Paid Balance: Funds you've added manually or through Auto Funding to cover usage and renewals.
- Included Usage: Monthly usage credits included with your plan that automatically reset each billing cycle.
View Your Balance
To view your Balance:
- Access the Master Account Settings and go to Billing.
- Click 'Overview'.

Manage Your Paid Balance
You can maintain your Paid Balance in two ways:
- Add Funds Manually: Add a one-time payment to increase your balance whenever needed.
- Add Funds Automatically with Auto Funding: Automatically top up your balance when it drops below a set amount to prevent interruptions.
Tip: It’s recommended to enable Auto Funding to ensure your tracking and billing stay active without manual top-ups.
