WhatConverts offers two main types of plans, Agency and Individual Business, to fit how you manage your business or clients. Understanding how these plans work helps ensure you choose the right setup for your structure, whether you're managing multiple clients or tracking leads for a single business.

How Plans Work

Every WhatConverts plan includes a defined set of features and a monthly usage credit that resets each billing cycle. As you move up in plan tiers, additional features become available, helping you unlock deeper insight and automation.

Feature Access: Each plan level includes a unique set of tools and integrations.
Included Usage: Every plan provides a monthly usage credit to cover fees and usage.
Billing and Renewal: Credits reset automatically each month on your renewal date. Additional usage is billed at your plan's standard rates.
Plan Flexibility: You can change your plan type at any time from your Master Account or individual Account settings.

Agency Plans

Agency Plans are built for businesses managing multiple clients under one Master Account. These plans start at Agency Plus and go up to Agency Elite, each adding more advanced reporting and automation features.

Plan Range: Agency Plus → Agency Pro → Agency Elite
Unlimited Accounts: Manage multiple client Accounts under one Master Account.
Shared Plan Features: All Accounts within an Agency Plan share the same plan level and features.
Centralized Billing: One payment method covers all Accounts under the Master Account.
Higher Included Usage: Agency plans include more monthly usage credits, ideal for higher call volumes or client portfolios.

Individual Business Plans

Individual Plans are designed for single businesses or small agencies managing a few clients. Each Account within a Master Account operates independently and can have its own plan level, ranging from Call Tracking to Elite.

Plan Range: Call Tracking → Plus → Pro → Elite
Per-Account Plans: Each Account can select its own plan level.
Independent Billing: Each Account pays separately for its Individual Business plan.
Tailored Features: Choose plans individually to fit the needs and budgets of each client.
Flexible Structure: Combine plan types in one Master Account (e.g., one client on Elite, another on Plus).
