WhatConverts pricing is designed to fit businesses of every size, from single users to large agencies managing multiple clients. Understanding how pricing works helps you choose the right plan, estimate costs accurately, and manage your account effectively.
How Pricing Works
WhatConverts operates on a subscription model with pay-as-you-go flexibility. Your monthly cost depends on your selected plan and the amount of tracked activity across calls, forms, and chats.
- Base Plan Cost: Each plan level (Call Tracking, Plus, Pro, or Elite) includes a fixed monthly renewal cost that unlocks its features.
- Included Usage: Each Account comes with a monthly credit for tracking charges listed as Included Usage.
- Per-Account or Agency Pricing: Individual Account users pay per Account. Agency users pay one monthly rate for unlimited Accounts under a single Master Account.
- Add-On Charges: Some features, like White Label or extended recording storage, have separate monthly or usage-based fees.
- Pricing Calculator: The Pricing Page includes a calculator that helps you estimate monthly costs based on your plan and expected tracking volume.
- Custom Quotes: You can Book a Demo with our Sales team to discuss your business setup and get tailored pricing recommendations.
Understand Included Usage
Every plan comes with a set amount of included usage. This is a monthly credit that covers a portion of your call, form, or chat tracking. Once the included usage is reached, additional tracking is billed according to standard rates.

Note: Included usage covers calls, forms, and chats each month. Additional usage is billed only when you exceed your monthly credit.
Understand your Rates
When you track leads in WhatConverts, additional rates may apply for phone calls, forms, chats, and optional features. These costs vary based on country, number type, and enabled features.
Call Tracking
- Each tracking number has a small monthly renewal fee.
- Calls are billed per minute, with rates that vary by country and whether the number is local or toll-free.
- Forwarding calls to mobile phones may include a minor surcharge. If applicable, a green message box will appear in the top right corner to confirm the rate.
Non-Call Tracking (Form, Chat, Appointment, etc.)
- Each tracked form or chat submission has a flat, per-lead rate.
- Pricing is predictable and scales with the number of tracked interactions.
Premium Features
- Call Transcription: Billed per minute of transcribed call audio.
- PCI Redaction: Removes sensitive information from call recordings for a small per-minute fee.
- Call Analysis: Requires Transcription and analyzes it to provide Sentiment, Summary, Keyword, and Intent Detection.
- AI Analysis: Uses artificial intelligence to summarize calls, extract key insights, and identify trends. Billed per minute of analyzed call audio, similar to Call Analysis and Transcription rates. Learn more here.
