View Duplicate Leads in the Lead Manager
Duplicate leads occur when the same contact generates multiple conversions within a short period. After the system or you mark leads as duplicates, you can quickly find and review them in the Lead Manager to keep your data accurate and organized.
View Duplicate Leads
To view duplicate leads in the Lead Manager:
- Open the Lead Manager.
- Access or add the Duplicate column.
- In the Duplicate column, use the dropdown filter and select “Yes” to show only duplicate leads.
- Once you’ve finished reviewing duplicate leads, click the blank space above “No” in the Duplicate dropdown or clear the filter from the filter bar to return to viewing all leads.
Note: If multiple form submissions are received from the same person within 30 seconds, WhatConverts automatically marks those leads as duplicates.
Note: Duplicate leads are automatically removed from the Lead Manager after 30 days. To keep a duplicate lead, manually remove the “Duplicate” tag.
