What is the Included Usage?

Each WhatConverts plan includes a monthly usage credit that automatically refills on your renewal date. This credit covers minutes, phone numbers, and other usage-based costs.

Once the included usage is depleted, additional funds need to be added to your account manually or through auto-funding. This guide explains how usage credits, rates, and balances work together to keep your lead tracking active without interruption.

Understand the Included Usage Credit

  • Each plan comes with a set amount of included usage that resets monthly on your renewal date.
  • Unused usage does not roll over into the next month.
  • You can view your included and used usage in the Account Usage section of your Master Account Settings.

Understand the Usage Rates

When you exceed your included monthly usage, WhatConverts automatically deducts the extra usage from your Paid Balance, according to your plan's rates.
